My LG refridgerator died - LG Refrigerator
I bought my LG fridg in April of 2014, it died July 5th 2015. I purchased a 5 yr premium warranty which isn't worth the paper it's written on. It's been A MONTH and they can't get the part to fix it, on backorder indefinitely. The warranty co stated in their worthless brochure that if the appliance couldn't be fixed they would replace it. HHgregg blames the warranty co and warranty company blames HHgregg. Meanwhile, we are still using an igloo cooler for food and my husbands insulin. $60 dollars in ice so far and $250 in food loss plus gas and many many trips to grocery store, I'm thinking Civil Suit is next and the media.
